Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue is a firm and focused massage working on a deeper layer of muscle. The deeper pressure of massage is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff neck, lower back tightness, sore shoulders, tightness in legs .
It can also aid posture and potentially alleviate tension headaches
Deep tissue massage can help to alleviate pain and restore normal movement.
Mentally it can help reduce stress and improve sleep.
While some discomfort is normal during the firm pressure, the overall effect aims for deep relaxation and well-being.

Relaxation Massage

Massage can help to improve circulation, flexibility and ease muscle tightness. Massage is great for softening areas of cellulite and improving skin and muscle tone.
It can help to reduce common ailments such a stress, headaches, muscle tension, aches and pains, anxiety and depression.
While it doesnt target deep knots like a deep tissue massage it offers a tranquil experience, a rare chance to lie down close your eyes and restore your natural inner balance.

"It's been so helpful having regular massage during my pregnancy. Michelle has helped relieve my lower back pain and hip tension. I particually love that she is able to come and treat me at home."
Kate,

“A massage for my body, soul and psyche. From the 1st session I found the reflexology experience relaxing and transformative. It feels like a full body massage whilst being cocooned under a cosy blanket. Michelle has a kind, gentle touch with an element of reiki magic. I've had three sessions with Michelle to assist with my menopausal symptoms and over this time I've experienced reduced anxiety, increased clarity of thought and less bloating, my 3 main menopause bug bears.
I feel it has helped regulate my nervous system and I would highly recommend to help on the menopause journey.
